We really enjoyed rooms with a comfortable bed. The property's location was particularly good, to Mexico City sights.

The location was exceptionally nice - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Close vicinity, just 10 minutes on foot to Misterios subway station, was a big plus. So glad that Wheelchair Accessible room with a comfortable bed and advertised Wifi, for instance we booked was available. A hairdryer, a shower cap, and bath sheets was a plus.

We found this place to be great for our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to the local bus to take us to all the must-see spots. There were also plenty of shops and commercial services nearby. Plus, it's close to the airport, which made for a smooth transition in and out of the area.

The staff was good, offered wake up service, ironing, and tea service free of charge. The rooms were comfy and silent here with a comfortable bed and advertised Wifi, as for instance. Had hair dryers, shower caps, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The location couldn't be more favourable by the restaurant from what I could tell.

The location was favourable easy to catch local bus into city centre. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious beds and a great shower. Despite being located on a busy street, the rooms were quiet. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options, including traditional Mexican dishes. The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of several places we wanted to visit. The staff was helpful and provided useful information about the area.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. The hotel charged a high premium for their taxi service, which was much more expensive than using Uber.

The queen room was new-fashioned, included a hairdryer, a shower cap and bath sheets. It was sincerely a such great stay with very, very nice and amiable staff. The location was nice, relatively near Tlatelolco.

The personnel was very kind and pleasant. The front desk staff, especially Irma, were extremely helpful. Close to Zocalo, airport, and shops. Excellent taxi service. Abundant and delicious breakfast.

The location of the hotel is nice, facing city. If you walk 10 minutes, you'll find Misterios subway station. The rooms are modern and silent and they have flat-screen television, a safe, coffee and tea making equipment.

Location : the hotel was close to the zocalo, city centre and the airport. Also, Tlatelolco was 1 mile away from the venue.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing, always kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even helping us with a last-minute reservation change and organizing transportation. The room cleanliness was exceptional, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The hotel gym was well-equipped, perfect for a city hotel, and the beds were very comfortable. The modern room design added to the overall ambiance and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
